Ron Haun spent 34 years as a probation officer before retiring in October of 2002.  He has been writing most of his life and has been published in various small presses and Poetry Ezines including Rhapsody, Straight from the heart, Seeker Magazine, Snakeskin, Muse’s Kisses, Poetic License, Black Creek Review and various other poetry magazines.  His Chapbook Dance of the Sparrow was published 2001 by Sweet Annie Press & Sweet Pea Review.  A much larger collection of poetry under the title Beloved Fairy was published in 2003.  He was nominated for the 29th Annual Pushcart Prize in Poetry in 2003.
