Hooman Azizi is an Iranian poet and author who has published one book of poetry, Parvandeye Barzakh, and a novel, Negative. He is one of hte leaders of the New Ghazal Movement in Iranian poetry.

While living in Iran, due to censorship, Hooman had to distribute his writings underground.

He is married to Iranian poet Maryam Hooleh.  Presently, they are living in Sweden.
