Dying Hope
When you hear birds
Singing so sweetly
ItŐs because they have hope
That the clouds may weep
And bring lazy worms
To nourish their souls
When you smell
The sweet aroma of flowers
ItŐs for thirsty bees
To exchange candies
To take their eggs
To the earth and be born again
When you hear the wind whisper
ItŐs whispering to you
To forget about the distance
And make a leap into success
Even the silky snails
Climb the greasy pole
So!
Have hope!!!
Faces of Life
Life flies on the wings of time
And never waits to be picked
The fallen shoes of reckless users
But with all the volcanic tears of life
It still remains the fuel of hope
And still gives us the sweet aroma
Of floating dreams
Life is the precious rubies
Hiding among blushing flowers
Hold fast to life
Because the faces of life may be tricky
Flood of Tears
There once lived a drowning nation
Drowning in its own tears
Her mountains cried
Her plants wailed
Rocks and stones lamented
The clouds protested
Of the heroŐs slumber
A Mournful Day
When the early light
Of the golden sun
The brooms dance
On the mocking earth
To the tune of the proud cock
The pitch of wails
Wakes the dead
Why all these angry storms
We ask
For our eyes are drums of tears
