George W. Bush: On Stress

I'm sick of the media making fun
of my so-called "illogicalnesses."
I know there's no such word. Instead there's stress,
always stress. Illogicities are one
of the unfortunate situations
I face daily, or more often. The mess
of the world can't be overstated. Yes,
we're in a war for more butter and guns.
Between butter and guns, I mean. It's better
getting to choose. The insurgency
would like us to use more butter. I say
we'll never be a nation of quitters.
I believe this U.S. Presidency
has strengthened me. That's the American way.
