Humberto Garza was born in Monterrey Nuevo Leon, Mexico in 1948. At the age of 15, he immigrated to the United States of America.  He now resides in Houston, Texas.

Mr. Garza has been writing poetry since age 12. His poetry has been published in important newspapers and magazines in several languages. He is the author of the book"Un Tiempo Escondido" (“A Hidden Time”) and the webmaster of WWW.LOS-POETAS.COM a site showcasing the greatest Spanish language poets
